The primary advantage of a flex lease is the flexibility it provides. Unlike a traditional long-term lease, a flex lease allows renters to adjust the length of their lease to fit their needs. A Comfort Amplified rental provides renters with a greater level of privacy than a hotel stay, as they have their own private space with separate living areas and bedrooms.
All Inclusive Furnished
We are happy to accommodate any requests to make your stay as comfortable as possible. This may include items such as a crib, sleeper sofa, extra towels, or anything else you may need.
Furniture
Our accommodations feature a fully furnished living room, including a sofa, chair, coffee table, end table, TV stand, and television. In addition, the dining room comes equipped with a dining table and chairs. The bedroom includes a comfortable queen-sized bed, nightstand, dresser, and television for your convenience.
Housewares
Our package includes all the essential items needed to make your stay comfortable, including linens, towels, kitchenware, cookware, silverware, kitchen appliances, and decorations.
Utilities/Wifi/Cable
Water, Electric, Gas, Trash, & cable/wifi is included in the daily rates.
Housekeeping
We provide a variety of housekeeping options to suit your needs, including weekly, biweekly, monthly, and one-time cleaning services for all of our customers.
Payment Options
We accept payment through all major credit cards, as well as checks and ACH transfers for your convenience.
